Fabrics quality inspection,we will check below items:

1. Quantity (Roll length / total QTY)

2. weight (Roll Weight / GSM Weight)

3. width (Useful width / Full width)

4. color difference check (compare the original color samples with bulk production colors/compare different lots fabrics color/ middle and selvedge color difference)

5. color fastness test

6. backing (check the backing fabric weight,the type,bonding fastness) 

7. face fabric quality

8. Design

9. label/mark

10. Package

11. Defects（Dirty/Knots/Miss of weft or tight of weft/weft distortion/Broken holes/Broken warp /broken weft /Roll split/Crease marks and so on）

12. Density

13. Hand feeling check

14. W/P test

15. F/R test

16. Thickness test

1. Appearance check

2. Size measurement

3. Weight measurement

4. Assembly / installation check

5. Special Function check

6. Coating adhesive tape test

7. Actual using check

8. Moisture check for wood component

9. Transportation test
